Sub-Processors

This page lists the sub-processors that WLS Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15609221, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA (“Estratos”), engages to process customer data in connection with the Estratos platform.
If you have subscribed to notifications, we will inform you of any changes to this list. You may object to a new sub-processor as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
The providers of AI agents and tools that you connect to your own workspaces (for example, Claude, Codex or GitHub Copilot) act on your instructions under your agreements with them and are not Estratos sub-processors.

International Transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located in the United States. For transfers of personal data to these sub-processors, we rely on:
- The UK-US Data Bridge (UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) where the sub-processor is certified; or
- The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers as required by UK data protection law.
