Creating your account

Estratos signup is invitation-based. Here's what to expect when you have a code, and how to request one when you do not.

Signing up

  1. Head to the sign-up page
  2. Enter your name, email address, password, and invitation code
  3. Click Create account

Invitation codes may be single-use or expire, so use the code from your latest invitation email. That email may include a sign-up link with the code already filled in.

Sign-up is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which blocks bots without making you solve puzzles — most people never notice it. Once the code and security check pass, your account is created and you're taken straight to your new workspace.

Requesting access

If you do not have an invitation code, use the request access form. Enter your full name, work email, and company name, with optional details about your team and the agents you use. The Estratos team reviews the request.

If your request is approved, you receive an email with a single-use invitation code and a prefilled sign-up link. Use it before it expires. A rejection email means access is not available yet; you can submit a new request later if your circumstances change.

If a workspace has invited you as a member, use the private join link in that invitation email instead. The join flow adds your account to that existing workspace and does not use the self-service signup code.

What you get

When you sign up, a few things are set up automatically:

  • A workspace is created and is ready for you to configure
  • You're set as the owner of that workspace, which gives you full control over settings, team management, API keys, and webhooks
  • A welcome email is sent to your inbox

Signing in later

To sign back in, visit the sign-in page and enter the email and password you used during sign-up. If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you'll also be asked for a code from your authenticator app.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new one. The link is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one if it stops working.

Multiple workspaces

Your account can belong to multiple workspaces. For example, you might own your company's workspace and be invited to a partner's workspace as an Admin. You can switch between workspaces at any time from the switcher at the top of the sidebar.
